Who runs this site?

Jelly World is run by Jelly’s creator. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or a request to remove a Dream submission, message @jellyandmochi on Instagram. Please don’t send sensitive personal details in a public comment.

What I collect

• Dream notes: the short shout-out or cosplay idea you submit, its date, prompt type, and moderation status. New submissions wait for review; approved notes may appear publicly in the newest 20 for each prompt. I keep the full admin record so I can review and analyse suggestions, as described on the Dream page.
• Little site interactions: hearts, song plays, photo views, page visits, and monthly song votes. These create casual counters and help prevent the same browser from repeating certain actions. The counters are for fun, not reliable audience analytics.
• Browser storage: a language choice, saved Jelly spots, game results, and the daily Gacha note can be saved in your browser. The site also uses cookies to remember a pseudonymous browser ID for Dream spam limits and to avoid duplicate engagement actions.
• Technical request data: the hosting and security services may receive details such as IP address, browser, and requested page to deliver and protect the site. For Dream spam controls, the app uses a keyed daily hash derived from an IP address when available; it does not put the raw IP address into the Dream entry record.

I don’t ask for your name, email address, birthday, or account password on the public site. Please don’t include identifying details in Dream notes; the form blocks many links and contact details, but filters can miss things.

Why I use it

I use Dream notes to moderate the community, display approved notes, understand cosplay suggestions, and prevent repeated or abusive submissions. I use engagement events to show the site’s playful counters and limit duplicate hearts and votes. Browser settings support the features you choose to use.

I don’t sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

How long it stays

Dream submissions and their moderation records remain in the admin library for creator review and analysis; limiting the public cloud to 20 notes does not delete older records. Engagement records are kept to maintain the counters and prevent duplicate actions. They are associated with a random browser identifier rather than a name, but are not the same as anonymous data. I may remove records when they are no longer needed or when you ask me to remove a submission.

To request removal, message me at the Instagram link above. Tell me which note is yours and roughly when you sent it so I can find it. Removing a recorded heart or play can change the displayed total.

Cookies and service providers

Dream uses a secure, HttpOnly browser cookie that can last up to one year for rate limiting. The engagement cookie lasts for the browser session. Other preferences and game results use local browser storage and can be cleared through your browser settings.

The site is hosted with Cloudflare services, and it loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Their systems may process technical request information to provide those services. Links to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies and practices.

Your choices

• You can decline or clear cookies and local storage in your browser; some convenience features or duplicate-action limits may then work differently.
• You can choose not to submit a Dream note. If you submit one, keep it kind and leave out personal or sensitive information.
• You can contact me through @jellyandmochi for a question or a request about a Dream note. I may need enough detail to locate the record.

Future features

If I add email updates, memberships, birthday cards, payments, or other features that collect new information, I’ll explain what is collected and why before asking you to provide it, and update this policy.

Using Jelly World

You may visit the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please use it lawfully, respect other people, and don’t interfere with the site, its services, or other visitors’ ability to use it.

• Don’t use bots, scripts, or other methods to spam Dream, manipulate counters or votes, or disrupt the site.
• Don’t submit threats, harassment, explicit or unlawful material, personal contact information, or content that violates someone else’s rights.
• Dream submissions are reviewed before they appear. I may decline, hide, or remove a submission at my discretion, including if it breaks these rules.

Creative work and permissions

Unless a credit says otherwise, original Jelly World text, site design, songs, images, and downloadable items are owned by or used with permission from the creator. Some cosplay references, characters, marks, or third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders; their presence here does not mean those owners endorse Jelly World.

You may view and listen for personal use. Please don’t copy, repost, sell, redistribute, train a commercial dataset on, or make commercial products from site materials without permission from the relevant rights holder. These terms don’t take away rights that applicable law gives you.

Your Dream submissions

Only submit a note you’re comfortable having reviewed and, if approved, displayed publicly. Don’t include private information or material you don’t have the right to share. You keep any rights you have in your words; by submitting, you allow the creator to review, moderate, display, and retain the note for the Dream feature and suggestion analysis. You can ask for a note to be removed using the contact link in the Privacy Policy.

Downloads, support, and external links

Drops and other free items are for personal use unless their page says otherwise. Some pages may show future product previews, but as of this policy date the site does not process payments or provide a paid digital product checkout. External links are provided for convenience; each outside service or store has its own terms and policies.

Site availability

I may update, pause, or remove parts of Jelly World to maintain or improve it. The site and its counters are provided as a playful fan project; I can’t promise uninterrupted availability or that every count is exact. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the creator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from ordinary use of this personal project.
